Queenstown Bike Festival
19th - 28th January 2024
10 days, over 30 events, and the most amount of stoke you’ve seen in one mountain town – it can only be Queenstown Bike Festival!
Whether you're a pro-rider, a young grom, or a local business - there's something for everyone. And all proceeds go to the Queenstown Mountain Bike Club!
The Queenstown Bike Festival aims to bring the community together through riding bikes and creating events that allow a space to have fun, learn new skills and compete in some epic biking events. The festival also wants to increase the awareness of all that Queenstown biking has to offer, and the ways in which it can benefit people and the local community.
Part of this vision is the desire to help grow mountain biking in the region and allow more people to become involved in whichever way suits them; from riding, volunteering, or being a festival sponsor....
For 2024, events include coaching and pump track racing for the kids, dual slalom racing, whip offs and jump jams!
It also includes McGazza Fest in memory of the legend Kelly McGarry. McGazza Fest intends to live the weekend how he would live each day, action packed and high energy, in all his favourite riding spots.
